This snowdrop represents one of the idiosyncrasies of the snowdrop world.
Normally one expects their plants to produce perfect flowers which match the description laid down for that particular plant and are unhappy if they do not, but not so with this snowdrop.
People want their plants to produce mutated flowers, in fact, the freakier the better.
It is well known that it will, sometimes, produce flowers that have more segments than normal; produce two flowers per scape and even “Siamese Twins”.
