Judy
Records

Another essential task for any serious snowdrop collector is keeping records. The minimum information that should be kept is name/variety, when and where obtained, price and where planted.

Besides the above I also keep history files on each variety and record how they are growing, whether there are any problems, whether they produce seeds, have they been used for twin-scaling, have any been sold.

I tend to write down as much information as I can in notebooks during the season, then I spend the winter months transferring my notes onto my computer.
