This early flowering snowdrop for me is a very frustrating plant to grow, as you wait all year for the beauty of the flowers only to be thwarted by the first sign of frost. This causes the scape to flop and the flower to touch the ground. Unlike other snowdrops the scape never fully recovers. The beautifully marked flowers have a broad heart shape with fine green lines extending towards the base. Also with me the bulb refuses to increase!!!
